What we store in your browser and why
Last updated: June 2026.
Notice: This text reflects an ongoing transition of WantThat.watch to a UK-registered operating company. Some company and legal details are temporary and will be confirmed before paid public launch. Final UK legal documents and registered entity details must be reviewed before public paid competitions open.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Related browser technologies such as localStorage store small pieces of data in the same way. This policy covers both.
Our Website uses only strictly necessary, first-party storage:
2.1 An administration session cookie (HttpOnly), set only when a site administrator signs in to the management area. It is never set for visitors or customers.
2.2 A language preference stored in your browser's localStorage, so the site remembers whether you chose English or Hebrew.
2.3 When you pay, our payment provider (Stripe) sets cookies on its own hosted checkout pages to process the payment securely and prevent fraud. Those cookies are governed by Stripe's own cookie policy.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or behavioural-profiling cookies on Our Website. Because we only use strictly necessary storage, no cookie consent is required for normal browsing; if we ever introduce analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent first.
You can clear or block cookies and localStorage in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the essential storage above may prevent the language preference from being remembered and will prevent administrators from signing in.
